Service and payment

Service is provided after an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Fees, renewal dates, included resources, and any setup charges are confirmed in your order summary. Prices are stated in Zambian Kwacha unless otherwise noted.

Backups and availability

Customers should retain independent copies of their content. Any backup, availability, support, or restoration commitment is governed by the service level and plan details agreed with your order.

Cancellations and refunds
